It's best to wash first, then use the scrub, then rinse away the salt, leaving behind the skin-nourishing oil. Try not to towel off too much of the oil when you get out of the shower; instead, let the oil sink into your skin, sealing in the moisture from your shower.

Is Himalayan Body Buff good for keratosis pilaris?

Yes, using this scrub gently 1-2 times per week can help with keratosis pilaris. Over-exfoliation can actually make KP worse, so keep it to once or twice a week and stick with something gentler like our Exfo Body Soap or Lavender Pine Body Soap in between uses.

Should I shave my legs before or after using the Himalayan Body Buff?
